On 27th of July, Spiralogics celebrated a significant milestone—its 15th anniversary. As a remote employee, this event was particularly special for me as it was the first time I met my colleagues in person. The anticipation and excitement were evident as I made my way to the venue, eager and a bit nervous to finally connect face-to-face with the people I’ve been working with virtually.

The event kicked off with a warm welcome and a music session. It was heartening to see everyone ready to celebrate the company’s journey. Meeting my colleagues for the first time, shaking hands, and sharing smiles felt surreal. I could finally put faces to the names and voices I had known for so long.

Our CEO’s heartfelt speech and the flashback video of the company's journey were truly inspiring. Seeing the achievements and milestones made me grateful to be part of the company. The token distribution ceremony was a touching moment, celebrating employees who have dedicated 10 years to the company. Meeting these long-serving colleagues in person made me feel like I am part of something great, and I aspire to be like them.

The cultural performances, including traditional dances and singing sessions, added a vibrant touch to the event. It was amazing to witness the diverse talents within our team. An interactive session and a comedy act brought us closer, filling the room with laughter. Experiencing these performances in person was a refreshing change from our usual virtual interactions.

The awards ceremony was a moment of pride for many. Six employees were recognized for their exceptional contributions, and it was a joy to see their hard work celebrated. Congratulating them in person added a personal touch to the celebration and strengthened our bonds.
